REDU is the University's official tool for the deposit, preservation, sharing, reuse and reproducibility of all research data generated here. The data may not be entered in REDU, but it is mandatory to fill in the metadata directing the location of the Data storage.
Survey data is all information generated or obtained during a survey, regardless of its format. The higher the quality of available research data, the greater will be its reuse for new research. Research data include audio and video recordings, questionnaires, computer codes, photographs, spreadsheets, among others, varying according to the area of knowledge. Proper data management improves the transparency of the scientific process, allows the validation of results by third parties, encourages sharing and reuse, thereby accelerating the production of knowledge.
