Submission of Aid

The submission of orders is carried out exclusively by the  FAEPEX system (use Google Chrome browser) using the same user/password as the Register of Notes and Frequencies – DAC (SISE).

Each professor/researcher may submit only one request for the same event or object, with the submission of duplicate requests being expressly prohibited. Failure to comply with this guideline will imply the obligation to return all the resources that may eventually be granted.

Before submitting your proposal, consult the instructions for preparing the Technical report.

The alteration of the budgets contained in the approved proposals can only occur with prior authorization from FAEPEX.

Assistance requests for students must be made exclusively by the advisor, except when the advisor is external to Unicamp. In this case, it may be forwarded by the Unicamp co-supervisor, provided that it is clearly mentioned that the supervisor is external to the University.

Processing deadlines

The minimum deadline for submitting requests and receiving a response is 45 days. However, it is strongly advised that the request be submitted 75 days in advance to ensure a timely response.

Deadline for submission of appeal

Appeals against denied or partially approved requests must be submitted within a period of up to 15 calendar days from the date of notification.

Important

  • Upon receiving assistance, the professor will sign a grant term, in which, among others, he will undertake to give an opinion as an advisor to FAEPEX, when requested.
  • The researcher who has his final report approved by the advisor and ratified by the Executive Committee, as well as his rendering of accounts approved by FUNCAMP, will be considered up to date with the Fund.
  • The final reports of the aid granted must be sent to the PRP/FAEPEX within the stipulated period and in accordance with the guidelines provided for in Technical report.
  • Teachers who are in default with FAEPEX (overdue opinions, “reports” or rendering of accounts) will not be able to take advantage of new concessions while pending issues persist.
  • When it is in the applicant's interest that the processing and final evaluation of the application be made before the end of the fiscal year, the application must be submitted by October 31st.
