Registrations

  • Each student may register only 1 (one) work. This does not prevent it from participating as a co-author in other works.
  • It is not allowed to send the same work by more than one applicant, that is, by the other co-authors (except high school students - PIBIC-EM).
  • Students from other institutions of higher education can also participate in the event, however, there will be a limited number of registrations.

Data requested in the registration form

  • Personal data of the student and advisor: CPF / Name / E-mail / Telephone / Institution;
  • Co-authors: Other people, in addition to the student/supervisor, involved in the preparation of the work. Inform, if any, name, email and institution;
  • Search: Title / 3 Keywords / Area / Financing agency / Brief description – up to 1.500 characters;
  • Summary file in PDF: You must prepare a summary of your research with a minimum of 3 pages and a maximum of 5 pages of up to 3 MB. It must be converted to .pdf format before sending.

    The abstract should contain the project objectives, a brief description of the research and the results obtained. You can insert images, graphics or whatever you prefer to illustrate your search. It is not necessary for the abstract to have a cover.

    Below we provide templates for the abstract in .doc, .ppt and .odt. We recommend that one of the templates below be used. Choose the one you like or the one you are most familiar with. Click on the respective icon to download the template.

If there is no interest in using the models, they must be registered on the first page of the abstract:
