Final report

All PIBIC-EM scholarship holders and volunteer students must present the Final Activity Report, covering the period from March to August, on the date defined in the calendar.

Only students who received up to 2 months of scholarship during that period are exempt from submitting this Report.

The submission will be exclusively online, at Student Area.

The submitted Report will only be accepted by the system, with the approval of its respective advisor, in the Advisor's Area🇧🇷 We strongly recommend that the Report be reviewed by the advisor prior to submission.

During the delivery period, the Dean of Research will send reminders by email to fellows and supervisors.

Important: Failure to deliver the Final Activity Report, within the rules and deadlines of the program, as well as its rejection, may result in the immediate suspension of payment of the scholarship and even the reimbursement of the installments received.

  • Content: the Final Activity Report should contain a summary, introduction, experimental part, result and discussion, conclusion, bibliography and annexes (optional). In the conclusions, the scholarship holder / volunteer student must, obligatorily, make a brief assessment of the importance that the Program had for their school formation.
  • Report Format: the spacing between paragraphs must be double and the font type is Arial (12 pt) or Times New Roman (12 pt).
  • File Format: the Report must be in PDF format.
  • Size: it is recommended that the Final Report has a minimum of 10 pages and a maximum of 20 pages, not including attachments.

After submission, the Report will be analyzed by the Advisory Committee. The assessment opinion will be forwarded later to the advisor for knowledge or appropriate measures, if necessary.
