Partial report

All PIBIC-EM scholarship holders and volunteer students must present the Partial Activity Report, covering the period from September to February, on the date defined in the calendar.

Only students who received up to 2 months of scholarship during that period will be exempt from submitting this Report.

The submission will be exclusively online, at Student Area.

The submitted Report will only be accepted by the system, with the approval of its respective advisor, in the Advisor's Area🇧🇷 We strongly recommend that the report be reviewed by the advisor prior to submission.

During the delivery period, the Dean of Research will send a reminder by email to fellows and advisors.

Important: Failure to deliver the Partial Activity Report, within the rules and deadlines of the program, as well as its rejection, may result in the immediate suspension of payment of the scholarship and even the reimbursement of the installments received.

file formatting

  • Report Format: the spacing between paragraphs must be 1,5 and the font type is Arial (12 pt) or Times New Roman (12 pt).
  • File Format: the Report must be in PDF format.
  • Size: it is recommended that the Partial Report has a maximum of 5 pages. If it is a final version, due to the cancellation of the scholarship, do not exceed the size of the final report (minimum 10 pages and maximum 20 pages).

After submission, the Report will be analyzed by the Advisory Committee. The assessment opinion will be forwarded later to the advisor for knowledge or appropriate measures, if necessary.
