Partial report

All PIBIC/PIBITI scholarship holders and volunteers who are part of the PICV program must send the Partial Activity Report, covering the period from September to February, on the date defined in the calendar, through the PIBIC website.

Only students who participated in the program for up to 2 months during that period will be exempt from submitting this report.

The submission will be exclusively online, through the Student Area (the system will require the CPF and password).

Upon delivery, the Dean of Research will send a reminder by email to students and advisors.

Important: Failure to deliver the Partial Activity Report, within the program's rules and deadlines, as well as its disapproval, may result in the cancellation of the IC and refund of installments, in the case of scholarship holders.

Guidelines

The Partial Report must contain the following topics:

  • Summary of activities: describe the monitoring of the activities carried out during the research period, information about compliance with the proposed work schedule and the difficulties and/or deviations that occurred.
  • Scientific production: describe the scientific productions (articles, notes, etc.) derived from the research project.
  • Other information: additional information that you deem relevant for judging your performance during this CI period, such as, for example, academic performance, difficulties encountered in executing the project, changes in goals and objectives, etc.
  • Students from other higher education institutions must attach the Academic Transcript at the end of the report.

file formatting:

  • Report format: the spacing between paragraphs should be simple and the type of font is free to choose. The analysis of the report by the assessor is online, and for this reason, the format chosen should facilitate visualization and reading.
  • File format: the report must be in PDF format.
  • Size: it is recommended that the Partial Report has a maximum of 5 pages. If it is a final version, due to the cancellation of the scholarship, do not exceed the length of the final report (20 pages).

After receiving the report and opinions from the supervisor in charge, it will be submitted to the Advisory Committee for analysis. The assessment opinion will be forwarded later to the advisor for knowledge or appropriate measures, if necessary.
