On Thursday, April 27, the first meeting of the Grant Office (GO) team took place with employees, professors and researchers from the university's units, centers and nuclei. The purpose of the meeting, in addition to presenting the scope of the office, was to listen to the participants' demands and discuss proposals for joint action.
The event was opened by Prof. João Romano, Dean of Research, and the presentation of the GO by Prof. Marilda Bottesi, PRP special advisor. Both highlighted the importance of the participation of all those present for the office's work to be successful. Marilda also presented the new GO website, which provides information on opportunities to promote research, training, submission and management of research projects.
In the second part of the event, participants clarified doubts, commented on their experiences and made suggestions for communication between teams and topics to be addressed in future meetings.
The GO is an office linked to the Pro-Rectory of Research at UNICAMP with the objective of offering institutional support to researchers, facilitating the administrative tasks inherent to the development of research.
