A CPE has the primary mission of establishing a world-class research center during its existence in its area of operation, and must develop effective means of innovation, technology transfer, education and knowledge dissemination.
The financing of the Center's activities will be for 5 years, with the possibility of extension, at most, for up to another 5 years. Support from FAPESP and CITROSUCO to the Center must not exceed R$ 2,5 million per year (50% from FAPESP and 50% from CITROSUCO).
The Center’s topics of interest are:
- Agricultural area:
- ESG (“Environmental, social and corporate governance”)
- Plant Physiology and Nutrition
- Industrial Area, Logistics & Operations Terminals:
- Operational
- Distribution & Products
The proposal must be forwarded by the Principal Investigator (the potential Director of the Center) by the day March 22 of 2024.
