FINEP – PRO-INFRA EXPANSION
Objective: Select proposals for financial support for the execution of institutional projects for the expansion and development of research infrastructure, reinforce and consolidate research infrastructure throughout the country, increase Brazilian competitiveness in various areas of knowledge and foster cooperation between ICTs and FAPs .
Unicamp may participate in a single proposal worth a maximum of R$1 million, with up to 15 subprojects, lasting up to 3 months. Each subproject must have a minimum value of R$36 million and must benefit a single area of knowledge, considering the level 2 of the knowledge area for this call.
The name and description of the laboratories related to the subproject must correspond to the data registered in the MCTI National Research Infrastructure Platform – PNIPE.
SUPPORTABLE EXPENSES: Third-party services, software associated with the equipment, small installation adaptations of the requested equipment, permanent equipment and materials related to the installation of the equipment.

FINEP – PRO-INFRA THEMATIC CENTERS
Objective: Strengthen Scientific and Technological Research Infrastructure Centers in thematic areas of energy transition, ecological transition, digital transformation, health e defense.
Unicamp may participate as an executor of 1 single proposal, with 1 subproject. The proposal must have a minimum value of R$5 million and a maximum value of R$15 million, lasting up to 36 months.
The name and description of project infrastructures must correspond to the data registered in the MCTI National Research Infrastructure Platform – PNIPE.
SUPPORTABLE EXPENSES: Acquisition and maintenance of medium and large multi-user equipment, small adaptations of installations (maximum R$300.000,00), national or imported consumables, software, Third Party Services and grants.

FINEP – PRO-INFRA RECOVERY
Objective: Select proposals for granting financial support for the recovery and updating of research equipment.
Unicamp will be able to participate in a single proposal, with up to 1 subprojects for the recovery and updating of intermediate or higher-sized equipment (equipment with a value above R$5 thousand). The proposal must have a minimum value of R$200 million and a maximum value of R$1 million, lasting up to 20 months.
Each Subproject must correspond to a Research Laboratory, and the laboratory and its equipment to be recovered/updated must necessarily have an updated registration in the MCTI National Research Infrastructure Platform – PNIPE.
SUPPORTABLE EXPENSES: Consumable material, Third-Party Services, Embedded systems and software and Permanent materials.
