Graduated in Business Administration from the University of São Paulo (2002), she holds a Master's (2006) and PhD (2015) in Business Administration from the same institution in the area of ​​People Management. She works as an adjunct editor of Revista de Gestão da USP (REGE-USP) and as a researcher in the areas of Strategic People Management, Women in the Labor Market and Career Management.

Professor at the Faculty of Applied Sciences at the University of Campinas (FCA-Unicamp). 

She is a member of the Unicamp Gender and Sexuality Advisory Committee team linked to the Unicamp Human Rights Executive Board and the FCA-Unicamp Public Policy Observatory.
